Waking or the Dreaming state, not the Deep Sleep state.
Yoga Nidra relates to conscious Deep Sleep.
Swami Janeshvara

Yoga Nidra brings an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness and insight. Join us at the yoga shala for sessions in this ancient technique of yogic meditation. Sessions are one hour, with some additional time allowed for getting comfortable and the occasional discussion on the topic. No experience necessary. Class cards are accepted for these sessions.
