New to Ashtanga? New to Yoga?

New Student Special – The Yoga Shala is offering new students 30 days of unlimited practice for $59. It’s a great way to try out all of our classes and meet the wonderful teachers at the studio. Anytime is the right time to begin the practice. You do not need to be flexible or know anything in particular to join us. We welcome beginners and experienced practitioners into our community. If you are completely new to yoga practice, we encourage you to call or email so we can guide you to the right class offering. You are also welcome to come in and observe a practice. If you have questions about specific classes, our special event schedule, or the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga, please feel free to contact us by phone, via email or at the studio.
